The 2013 European Figure Skating Championships will be held from January 21 through January 27, 2013 in Zagreb, Croatia.
Based on the results of the 2012 European Championships, each country is allowed between one and three entries per discipline. National associations select their entries based on their own criteria but those skaters have to achieve a minimum technical elements score (TES) at an ISU-recognized international event in the ongoing or preceding season. The minimum TES for each discipline and segment are:

Very nice work. The online steming was really helpful, because at men's SP the TV of my country decided to put a speech of a politician and during the pairs' FP was sawing a basketball match. But could you find a link wich comments in English because I -and I'm sure there'll be more- don't speak Latvish? Of course I can see it without understanding the comments, but I find it more interesting with commentary. Thank you very much.
Yeah, I understand what you mean. I don't speak Latvian either and I prefer Eurosport UK commentators to those of my Country. Unluckly Eurosport International, wich has English commentary, do not brodcast all competitions, but you can switch to it for the events that are covered.
